If you’ve been following the Automation industry for a while, you’ve probably come across terms like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and so on.

All of this has been grouped under the umbrella of ‘Intelligent Automation,’ and as technology advances, people will continue to add capabilities to this umbrella.

When articulating these capabilities to prospects and customers, a number of organizations have been selling the concept of “Digital Workers”… as a simple way to see the art of the possible in exploiting these technologies.
